Private Antenatal Classes
We offer a range of classes to help you prepare for all aspects of pregnancy, labour, birth and those first few weeks with your baby.

Our classes are offered as one to one classes, at your home with each class lasting between 1½ – 2 hours. You can choose as many or as few classes as you feel you need, with each class costing £95.
We run four-week antenatal courses at KMI Ultrasound Clinic in Kings Hill and one day intensive workshops at The Meads in Sittingbourne.
The classes discuss the are relaxed, interactive and informative and allow couples to learn about the biology of labour, their labour options and care for the new baby so that they can gain in confidence and knowledge.
Classes are small and are discussion-based (there are no birth videos or role plays used).
The four week courses are run on Thursday evenings and cost £150 per couple. All courses include refreshments and information packs.
Baby Massage and
Mummy and Me Groups
We currently run Mummy and Me courses at The Meads Community Centre in Sittingbourne.
Mummy and Me is a four week course is designed to offer parents the chance to learn a little more about a range of activities which can help their babies development including baby yoga, sensory play, baby yoga and stories and songs.
Courses cost £30 per family and include refreshments. Please use the contact form for future dates.
Baby massage is a four week course which teaches parents the techniques that can relax their baby and aid sleep, ease the discomfort of colic and constipation and promote bonding. This is available for groups or one-to-ones in your own home for £40 per class.
