Birth Preparation Evenings

Preparation is important when planning any big event and your baby’s birth is the most important of all! Thinking about your choices in advance gives you time to think about what you would like, talk to your partner about your preferences and ask a midwife for their advice.

A Birth Preparation evening is a private antenatal class where you set the agenda. During a 90 minute home consultation you will be able to discuss your anxieties and expectations for your labour and birth with an experienced midwife and together devise an achievable birth plan.

Birth Preparation evenings can be used in conjunction or instead of conventional antenatal classes.
