Birth Preparation

Just wanted to thank you for all your advice. It was invaluable - we had the best birth we could have wished for, Alan was totally involved in it and it was just a fantastic positive experience.

Antenatal Classes

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the birth preparation classes that you did for myself and Rob. The sessions were informative and covered exactly what we wanted. I didn't feel stressed out by the sessions as I thought I might have. I feel a lot more relaxed about the labour process now that I have a few ideas on what to expect and how to handle things. I'll let you know if I manage to put it all into practice come the big day!

Thanks also for the birth plan which we received in the post. Again it covered exactly what we'd discussed and we don't need any changes made to it. I wasn't keen on a birth plan to start with, but the plan you put together for us just voices a few preferences but maintains the flexibility we want.
