Baby Massage Classes
The relaxed, informal atmosphere at the baby massage course was perfect. It was just the right thing to introduce me to going to groups with Ella and really helped my confidence. The small number of parents made the sessions really enjoyable and personal.

Hypnobirthing Classes
Just wanted to let you know that Evie arrived bang on her due date, 29th Jan. She weighed 7lb9 and has masses of dark hair.
You will be pleased to know that I had home birth as planned and although it was harder than I imagined it was going to be, I think it was the best experience it could have been. The midwife said I was incredibly relaxed for a first time mum, that my breathing was excellent and that I was very brave! I really believe the hypnobirthing paid off - and the second midwife agreed. I wasn't scared of the labour as I had been before we met, I felt totally confident that my body would do its job and that I could control things - so just really wanted to say a big thank you.
